What we collect
When you use Archie we collect the information you provide directly: your name and email address when you create an account, the career and work history information you share during intake, resume content you upload or create, chat conversations with Archie, and application tracking data you add to the product.
How we use it
We use your information solely to provide the Archie service. Your resume content and chat history are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Third parties
Archie uses Supabase to store your data securely and Anthropic to power the AI. Both are bound by their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
Data retention and account deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual applications and their associated data at any time from within the app. To permanently delete your account and all associated data including applications, resumes, cover letters, and chat history, go to Settings and click Deactivate account. Your account and all data will be removed immediately. This action cannot be undone.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Account deletion is available directly in Settings. For any other data requests, email hello@hiarchie.co.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will notify you by email or by a notice within the app.
